| Rochester Canoe Club |
| The Rochester Canoe Club was established in 1881 during the leading edge of the canoe craze in America. At the inception of the club the members had dual interests in cruising and racing. Races were a combination of paddling and sailing. Over time the club evolved and sailing survived making RCC Rochester's oldest continuous sailing club and one of the oldest organizations in the area. |
